In light of the governor's decision to close restaurants, with the spirit as to not "allow to have people congregating in them" we will close Grove City Fit temporarily. This is a decision out of love. We will continue to serve our current members with online livestream classes on Zoom (see the info below). Amanda and I have offered classes up to this point with no personal profit, and we hope you will continue to support our mission through this tough time for all of us as a community, and especially tough for those of us running small businesses. We will provide refunds upon request. For those of you in our fam, who would like to continue to dance with us during this time, join us for a livestream class on Zoom. We will offer classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 7p, and on Saturday at 11a. Download the Zoom app. Don't sit at home sad, isolated and inactive! We will all be dancing together soon. 🙏💖

Pilates is a mat-based, full-body experience focused on the principles of core muscular strength, increased flexibility, breath control and proper body alignment to improve posture.
Hip Hop Fitness is a group fitness format that translates various exercises into hip hop dance moves. It's a great way for people of all ages to get and stay fit while enjoying themselves doing hip hop dance moves they never thought possible!
