Grove City Fit Guidelines for Reopening!

We are so excited to dance with you again! For the safety and health of our instructors and students we will be observing the following guidelines:

  • Please stay home if not feeling well, or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Masks are not required. You may wear one if you wish.
  • Clean hands with hand sanitizer upon entering.
  • Each person will complete a new individual sign-in form and waiver.  We will provide clean sanitized pens for your use.
  • Restrooms will be open and cleaned daily. Sanitizer spray will be available for use on surfaces.
  • Bring your own water. We will no longer offer a water cooler.  Bottled water will be available for sale.
  • No social gatherings in the lobby or stairwell. No children or guests will be allowed unless taking a class. Stairs and lobby floors are marked to allow for appropriate social distancing.
  • Children 13 and over will be allowed to participate in classes with a guardian.
  • The floor is marked with blue X’s for social distancing. This is where you are to stand. We have 7’ between rows and 6’ laterally apart.
  • We will provide mats. They will be sanitized after each use.You may bring your own if you wish.​

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.



This cross training workout utilizes muscular strength and muscular endurance. You can expect a different experience each time you come to keep your body guessing. Modifications can be given, we welcome all fitness levels. 



Pilates is a mat-based, full-body experience focused on the principles of core muscular strength, increased flexibility, breath control and proper body alignment to improve posture. 


Hip Hop Fitness

Hip Hop Fitness is a group fitness format that translates various exercises into hip hop dance  moves. It's a great way for people of all ages to get and stay fit while enjoying themselves doing hip hop dance moves they never thought possible!
